1. As of January 7, 2025, MITCH DAHL will be treating out of our original clinic location in University Heights (102 - 311 Ludlow Street).


2.We are increasing our fees effective January 1, 2025.

  • New Injury Assessment/Re-Assessment: $130

  • Regular Follow-up Treatment(30 minutes): $85

  • 60 Minute Follow-up Treatment: $130

  • 45 Minute Follow-up Treatment: $105

  • 15 minute Follow-up Treatment: $50

  • Pelvic Floor Follow-up Treatment: $90 (please note our pelvic floor physiotherapist is not taking clients at this time)

BScPT, Dip Sport PT

Mitch has been in sports and orthopedic physiotherapy private practice since graduating from the University of Saskatchewan in 1994, and is one of ZONE Sports Physiotherapy’s founding partners. In addition to receiving his Diploma in Sport Physiotherapy from Sport Physiotherapy Canada, Mitch’s sport experience includes extensive clinical practice and consultation work with a variety of local, provincial, national, collegiate, and professional calibre athletes, as well as being a member of the medical staff at the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games, and a therapist with Athletics Canada, Baseball Sask, and Football Sask. He also works as a consultant with the Saskatoon Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center. Mitch has a special interest in youth sport, educating young athletes and parents regarding injury prevention and long term athlete development. His special interest in baseball has taken him to conferences across the continent to discuss current concepts in injury management, prevention and performance alongside MLB team orthopedic surgeons, physicians, and therapists. Outside of work Mitch enjoys plenty of family time, college football, the great outdoors, music, and his trusty Jeep.

Dalton’s passion for physiotherapy developed through his love of sports, particularly football and hockey, where he experienced firsthand the importance of recovery and injury prevention. At Zone, Dalton is committed to providing high-quality and innovative care strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. He believes in staying at the forefront of physiotherapy techniques to help clients achieve their goals, whether it’s returning to sport, recovering from injury, or improving overall health. Dalton works closely with his clients to empower them with practical tools for self-care and long-term health management. Outside of work, Dalton is an enthusiastic golfer and enjoys spending his free time on the course. Colin was born and raised in Saskatoon and graduated in 2008 from the University of Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapy. After spending his first three years of practice in Saskatoon, Colin and his family moved to Smithers, BC where he worked in a private clinic for two years before returning home to Saskatoon in 2013. Colin has obtained his Diploma of Manipulative Physical Therapy and has completed his Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) certification. He enjoys all areas of rehabilitation as well as working with all ages. He is married with two children and enjoys staying active and busy with a variety of recreational activities.

Xiamara’s passion for physiotherapy is rooted in her own journey as a competitive dancer, where she saw firsthand the impact of physical injuries on athletes. This inspired her to pursue a career in physiotherapy, driven by a desire to give back to the community and help others recover from injuries to reach their full potential. Xiamara has a special interest in working with young athletes who experience acute sports injuries. Known for her outgoing, compassionate, and positive nature, she is dedicated to empowering her clients, helping them regain confidence in their physical abilities, and guiding them toward achieving their personal goals for a healthy, active life. Outside of work, Xiamara enjoys staying active with hiking, biking, skiing, and golfing. A true water lover, she enjoys spending time at the pool, lake, or travelling to the ocean whenever she gets the chance to unwind.

Jinelle attended the University of British Columbia where she received her Bachelor of Kinesiology and Masters of Physical Therapy degrees. She joined the ZONE team after several years of clinical practice in Kelowna, BC and is passionate about sport, exercise, and active lifestyles, helping clients across the lifespan reach their goals. Her areas of special interest include youth sport, post-surgical rehabilitation, return to sport and more. Away from the clinic Jinelle enjoys quality time exploring the outdoors with her family, as well as basketball, pickleball, rollerblading, and making small batch ice cream.

Craig comes to ZONE Physiotherapy via Calgary working alongside the Group 23 team. Craig has been involved in sports and orthopedic physiotherapy practice in Calgary since graduating from the University Of Alberta School Of Physical Therapy in 2019. Craig is a dynamic physiotherapist and strength and conditioning specialist, with a strong background in managing severe orthopedic conditions including work with weekend and the elite athlete populations. Craig brings expertise in functional dry needling, personalized care plan development, and integrating advanced rehabilitation techniques to optimize performance and recovery for his patients.

Brad is one of ZONE Sports Physiotherapy’s founding partners, and has been in sports and orthopedic physiotherapy practice in Saskatoon since graduating from the University Of Saskatchewan School Of Physical Therapy in 2004. He has also obtained his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Canadian Acupuncturist (CAFCI), IMS Gunn (IMS) certifications, as well as developed his interest in the role that dysfunctional breathing has in orthopedic patients. In 2007 he began serving as a pre-operative and post-operative consultant for the Saskatoon Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center. Over the past 15 years Brad has focused his practice around the management and treatment of endurance sports injuries. In 2012 ZONE Sports Physiotherapy launched ZONE Performance Multisport, a comprehensive endurance sports coaching platform. Since that time ZONE Performance Multisport has come to offer state-of-the-art physiological, metabolic and biomechanical analysis for endurance athletes, along with performance training and programming.

Ted is one of ZONE Sports Physiotherapy’s founding partners, and has been in sports and orthopedic physiotherapy private practice since graduating from the University of Saskatchewan School of Physical Therapy in 1990. He has obtained his Diploma in Sport Physiotherapy (Sport Physiotherapy Canada), as well as his Diploma of Advanced Manual & Manipulative Physiotherapy. Ted is a practitioner of Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS). He also works as a bracing, pre-operative and post-operative consultant in the Saskatoon Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center. Ted has worked as the sport physiotherapy consultant with many local, provincial and national level teams and athletes, travelling nationally and internationally with the Canadian National Men’s Soccer Team. Ted was also a member of the medical staff at the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games. Ted’s special interest and expertise in golf has lead to certification with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI).
