. When booking your appointment, please select the option that bests suites your situation:

NEW CLIENTS:

WCB Initial Injury Assessment (if your injury happened at your place of work)

SGI Injury Assessment (if your injury happened as a result of motor vehicle accident in Saskatchewan)

Vestibular Assessment (if you are experiencing vertigo, dizziness, or balance issues)

Concussion Assessment (if you have an acute or recent concussion, or are experiencing post-concussion symptoms. Includes baseline testing).

New Client: Injury Assessment (all other first time clients)

EXISITING CLIENTS:

If you are booking a follow-up for an issue that was assessed within the past 6 months, please select Follow-up (30 minutes).

If you are booking a follow-up for an SGI or WCB claim, please select SGI or WCB Treatment (30 minutes).

If it’s been more than 6 months since your last visit or if you want a different physiotherapist to assess the same issue, please select Injury Re-assessment (60 minutes).

If you have a new injury/area of concern, please select Existing Client, New Injury Assessment (60 minutes).

If your physiotherapist has recommended extending your appointments, please select 60 TREATMENT (60 minutes).

If your are booking a follow up appointment for an active funding agreement, please select Funding Agreement Follow-up (30 minutes)
